The home has two porches, a fire place, and it is on the beautiful Withlacoochee River. It is old Florida at its best! There is direct, deep water access to the Gulf of Mexico as well as being an hour away from Gainesville. The house has a private dock and gives you access to fishing, scalloping, hiking, springs and kayaking. Gas,ice,and restaurant nearby. ๐Ÿ˜ This 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath home is perfect for 6 adults. The Black Water Restaurant,and the Yankeetown Marina for gas and ice are a few docks down. A beautiful 45 minute ride down the Withlacoochee River left at the gulf to the scalloping grounds.
