Designed for family fun and group getaways, this spacious seven-bedroom retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, entertainment, and relaxation. Located in the gated community of Montage at Santa Rosa, Paradise Palms has everything you need to enjoy the desert in style — a private pool and spa, great outdoor living areas, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out.
The backyard is where the fun begins. Enjoy a large pool with a tanning shelf and jetted spa, a built-in BBQ and bar, raised fire pit, three-hole putting green, and a covered game area with ping pong, Pop-A-Shot, and lawn games. Multiple lounge areas make it easy to relax by day and gather at night for s’mores and conversation under the stars.
Inside, the open-concept floor plan is made for together time. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the living and dining spaces, creating a natural hub for meals, games, or movie nights. With seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, every guest has their own space to unwind after a day in the sun.
Paradise Palms is your ideal location in Indio! Everything you need is a short distance away. WALK to The Empire Polo Club - home to the famous COACHELLA VALLEY MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL AND STAGECOACH FESTIVAL, take a quick drive to PGA West for a round of golf, Indian Wells for a tennis match, or drive to El Paseo and Old Town La Quinta for dinner and shopping.
*Quiet hours and noise restrictions will be strictly enforced. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10PM-8AM Friday-Saturday - but it is important to respect the neighbors at all hours of the day as violations can occur at any time. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. Any violations will result in a $1,000 fine per offense and will be guests financial responsibility.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check-in begins after 3:00pm local time, and check-out is no later than 10:00am. When available, early check-in or late check-out may be arranged for a $150 fee per request (up to three hours). Availability cannot be guaranteed and depends on preparation schedules. We always recommend planning for the standard check-in/out times.
DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA? All of our homes feature private pools and spas! The pool will be set to 84 degrees free of charge October-May. If you would like the temperature to be increased, this will result in an additional charge of $100 per day. There is no fee to heat the spa and recommended temperature is between 100-102. *STAYS OF 5+ DAYS SUBJECT TO POOL HEAT CHARGE*. Pool heat not available on departure day.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly! We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if necessary. Please note, pets are not permitted in the pool/spa at any time and we ask that you please clean up after your pets appropriately. Please contact us if a pet will be joining your vacation.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE? Yes! The HOA has strict regulations on parking. The home has 6 spots available - 3 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. If vehicles are oversized, you may not be able to fit as many. Any tickets or towing due to parking will be the guests financial responsibility. Parking specifics will be sent with your check-in instructions.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? All our Vacation Homes have keyless locks! This system allows us to issue each guest a "code" for their stay rather than a physical key. We will provide you with this code prior to check in, making it a much smoother and easier process when you arrive to the home.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT MY STAY? All guests will be provided with a digital guide before their stay. This guide will include information about the home, the area, and anything you need to know about your reservation including parking rules, check/in out procedures and the hot spots around town. We recommend reading through the guidebook thoroughly prior to arrival and downloading the app so this information can easily be accessed before and during your stay. Homes will not have physical binders. This electronic version will be your go-to guide.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and appliances. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide spices, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker. Absolutely no outside music past 9PM.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE? Yes! All of our homes provide a set number of parking spaces for guests in the garage and/or driveway. Parking specifics will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
WILL WIFI AND TV BE AVAILABLE? Yes! All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart TV's and high speed WiFi.
SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS? We are in the desert, so there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.
Address and keyless door codes are provided to guest with check in instructions. Parking is available in the garage and driveway and can fit up to 6 cars. Montage at Santa Rosa is a gated community. Guests will be given a gate access code.
Your host won't be on the property but they'll be available for anything you need during your stay!
A digital guidebook will be sent to you before your stay. This will include details about the home, area, and check in/out instructions.
Montage at Santa Rosa is the best location in the Coachella Valley any time of the year, but especially during festival season! Our home is within walking distance of the Empire Polo Grounds - home to Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals.
Take a quick drive down Jefferson to the famous PGA West golf communities for a round of golf on one of their 3 public courses.
A short drive west will take you to the famous El Paseo where you can enjoy a day of shopping and lunch. Or, head over to Old Town La Quinta for dinner.
Head to Hwy 111 and you will have access to any grocery or specialty stores you need such as Target and Costco or coffee shops like Starbucks and Coffee Bean.
Easy freeway access for a quick trip to the airport, Downtown Palm Springs, or any surrounding Southern California city.

Paradise Palms, Was everything we could've imaged for our family trip. We arrived to welcoming holiday music playing throughout the home. The place was immaculate. But what really stood out was our hosts attention to detail and responding promptly to an issue that need to be address. I truly can't say enough how pleased we were with our stay.

Work event with customers
Great location for PGA West, Tennis. Ample parking and a fun place for a mixed group or for work meetings. House is well laid out and with the Casita its a bonus! Will book again for future customer events.

Amazing House!
We booked this beautiful house to attend a 5 day soccer tournament. It was so spacious and teenage boys had fun with the pool, table tennis, cornhole, and putting green. Beds are comfy, neighborhood is quiet, and everything is nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

This property was great for our weekend getaway to celebrate the bride to be! Plenty of space and bathrooms for all of us. The backyard was amazing with so many activities and it is clear that is it well kept. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home base!
Our large, tennis-loving family gathered at Paradise Palms to visit the tournament at Indian Wells and enjoy each other's company. The house was spacious, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the living room was perfect for talking, playing games, watching more tennis, and just being together. The backyard was also great! We spent a lot of time in the spa and pool. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, and easy access to stores and restaurants. Perfect getaway!

Sandstorm lacrosse Tournament 2025
We had 9 adults (parents) and 6 lacrosse players staying in this house for a 3 day tournament. The house was very comfortable for all 15 of us! The pool was heated on arrival and the spa was easy to heat when in use. There is room for 6 cars to park, without parking on the street. We had bikes delivered to the property and rode the 2 miles to the fields. Great accommodations!

Properties over the years have changed. Used to be a house that was lived in and maintained by the owners. Now it is more of a business, so the place is cleaned up, fresh towels and bedding, but no longer the feel of a home. Little things that break or wear out in our homes are constantly replaced and repaired. No longer the case. These are things that most people won't complain about. Weather it is an old drawer or cabinet that no longer closes great or squeaks, loose tiles, old things like coffee makers or utensils or other kitchen wear or furniture. The quantity is there, but no longer the feeling that someone who cares is keeping it up. Why spend the money to upgrade if we keep getting 5-star ratings? I find this the case with most properties these days. They are fine, and serve the purpose, but the prices have gone way up while the effort to keep it up and upgrade has gone down.
Yes, we had a good time, and it served the purpose, but I've stayed in places where things were constantly upgraded, and they provide a better overall experience. May be if we stop automatically giving 5-stars to everyone who does an adequate job, we would put more pressure on the owners to invest in the improvements needed.

This house was the perfect hosting oasis for a holiday tradition to bring our families from across the country together. The kids loved the outside the adults loved the space and we all had the best time exploring the desert. All the families had their own rooms with comfortable beds, we appreciated the grill that was ready to go, multiple fridges to store things and the bunk-bed room was the perfect spot to corral the cousins. The team was quick to respond and answer questions. Plus the digital guide of the property and rental was nice to use and reference. Also appreciated the parking options in the garage and driveway.Thank you for a wonderful time! Definitely check it out if need a big spot to stay at.
