Pool, spa, gas grill, EV charger, games This home has it all! Entertainer's yard with NEW saltwater pool and spa, plenty of outdoor seating, outdoor bar with new gas BBQ grill, and ice chest. New beds, mattresses, linens, & furnishings in all bedrooms. There are no cameras or listening devices inside the property or backyard. There is 1 Ring camera at the front door and 1 facing the street. If there are guests staying in the casita during your reservation dates, those guests do not have access to anything inside the main house, nor to the backyard, pool/spa, or BBQ grill. It is ideal for 2 guests and a baby (portable crib and hi-chair provided upon request). \*\*At times, there may be high wind and sand storms.
