Clean, comfortable bungalow in a quiet neighborhood. Quick and easy access to the interstate system and downtown Indianapolis. Galley style kitchen, big fenced in back yard with a charcoal grill, front and back porches, private driveway parking, private entrance, and, easy self check-in with key pad entry. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a full sized bed, and they both have large closets and TVs. Living room sofa bed sleeps 2. The entire home has been recently remodeled.

Enjoyed our stay. Phil provides everything you need and then some. Detailed guide for the house, nearby restaurants and info you need. Small shared pantry, coffee and hot drinks, books, games, three tv’s. Plan to stay here again in the spring if our dates are available!

Perfect

Phil's Home was absolutely perfect for our stay. It is immaculately clean and has everything you need. Large fenced in back yard with grill to enjoy outside time. It is very close to stores and numerous restaurants. The check in process was very easy and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would definitely stay here again if in the indianapolis area.

Here for a convention

The house was very clean and well organized. The kitchen even had a few extras should we have needed them. It would have been a great place to spend a little more time than we had - the bookshelves were stocked with a bunch of my husband's favorite books. I'd stay again

Perfectly described in listing! Had everything and then some. Location was just off the main streets but close to grocery stores and anything else we could need. Clean and well labeled when looking for something. Would definitely stay there again

Cozy and terrific for families!

There are many great short term rentals out there but not all are great for families. This home was perfect! It’s very cozy and comfortable. We stayed over Christmas and I was pleasantly surprised to find more than an adequate array of cookware for making Christmas dinner. I highly recommend this rental and plan on staying again. My teenage sons were equally impressed with the lodging and that’s saying something! We made great memories and had a great time. I look forward to our next stay!

Overall . the stay was very good. Bed was very high and I brought a step stool so my wife could get in the bed. The other thing would be grab bars or safety strips for the tub, as it was slippery. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for Long Weekend Stay!

Clean property and very well stocked. Close to interstates, so getting around was easy. Looks just like photos. Charming place! Will stay again if in Indianapolis!

Kids weekend in Indy

I was looking for an inexpensive property near the Indianapolis Zoo and Children’s Museum when I found this cute little bungalow. This property was perfect for our needs. It was super clean and has easy access to the highway to get to both the Zoo and Museum. The kitchen was equipped to meet our needs of cooking breakfasts and dinners. We enjoyed the board games that were provided and the large tv in the living room. We plan to stay here again!

Quick Trip

We appreciated we were able to rent for only one night. This was the cleanest property any of us have rented. The space is used well in the house, and it feels very roomy. The decor is tasteful yet minimal - there's no need to move things out of the way, but it feels very homey. Nice touches include plenty of towels and blankets, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, and a few snacks.

Great PSU Game Weekend in Indy/Bloomington

We were very satisfied with the place. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Definitely enough room... 1 slept on couch one in bedroom. Place was clean. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to highway and plenty of shopping... we loved the "take one leave one cabinet" Definitely recommend and if we ever come back to Indy it will be there. Great communication with owner also.

First experience with VRBO listing exceeded our expectations

The property was clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to do breakfasts and host a dinner for friends in a neighborhood with lots of houses with large lots. I was impressed there was some starter coffee and creamer with the Pay It Forward cupboard of soups, crackers and mixes. The TV was easy to operate and the couch very comfortable. We were very happy here.
