"They upgraded us to Pullman. The room was just wonderful, spacious and clean. The staff at the Breakfast were amazing. I especially liked Deepak. He went extra miles to serve us. We requested some Mangoes and he served us some good mangoes. We were very happy. However, it was very complicated to log into WiFI. I could not access WiFi into my laptop. I then tried to call at the front desk but the intercom was not working. I later mentioned to front desk staff but nobody showed up to fix it. I am also very disappointed that TV was not working well. There were no channel for World Cup football in Five star hotel!"

"Amazing property and an exceptional experience. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel offers an impressive range of dining and beverage options, and it continues to uphold the renowned Taj standard of hospitality. Having lived in six countries and traveled to more than 60 countries, staying at many of the world’s finest luxury hotels, I can confidently say that Taj Palace remains one of my favorite hotels globally and my preferred choice whenever I visit Delhi for business or leisure. The warmth, service culture, and attention to detail are truly world-class. My only observation during this stay was that the property seemed noticeably busier than usual, with a large number of visitors coming in for business meetings and spending time in the public areas. While this reflects the hotel’s popularity and reputation, it occasionally made some guest areas feel more crowded than expected. Overall, an outstanding stay and a property I would highly recommend."

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible food. The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of delicious dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. The restaurants and room service were equally impressive, with excellent quality and attentive service. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel valued throughout my stay.I have also stayed at The Leela in Chennai, and what stands out to me is the consistency of excellence across locations. No matter which Leela property I visit, the experience is breathtaking from the moment I walk through the doors until the time I check out. The attention to detail, elegance of the surroundings, and level of hospitality are simply unmatched. The customer service is beyond excellent, and every interaction reflects a genuine commitment. "
