The airport is 45 minutes away and the beaches and coves of Mallorca 35 minutes away. The restaurant and supermarkets are 3 minutes away. Very easy access from the highway. It is in the center of the cycling routes.

We had a fantastic 10 nights in this beautiful house with lovely views of the mountains from the balcony. The house has everything as described in the listing, the table tennis and the billiards were a added bonus. Antonia was lovely and came over to introduce herself, handed me a lovely bottle of white wine and told us to contact her if we needed anything. The location was great. Shops were only a 4 minute drive away. Highly recommend, perfect for a family

Great rustic property good central location

We stayed for 7 nights and had a fantastic time. The Villa is very well equipped with everything you could need. Very spacious inside and out, good sized pool, plenty to do including a pool table and table tennis. It’s location is very good to explore the Island and we enjoyed going in to Inca 2-3 times to eat. Supermarket choice is good and 3-4 are about 2 minutes away . We got the train from Inca into Palma which was very easy. The lady we booked with (Magdalena) was very helpful and accommodating. The Air conditioning was very effective as it was August, could do with another unit in the upstairs master bedroom but the 2 fans made in cool and comfortable to sleep with no problem. Thanks

Nous avons passé un super moment. La propriété était bien située et avait tout pour amuser les enfants, de la piscine au terrain de soccer, en passant par la table de ping pong et billards. Supermärkte zwar um die Ecke, aber nur mit einem Auto zu erreichen (man muss über eine Art Autobahn). Viele Stechmücken am Nachmittag/Abend. Schönes Häuschen, alles da was man braucht. Outdoorgrill war super. Schnelle Kommunikation mit Antonia via WhatsApp.

Sehr schöne Finca für 6 Personen mit Kind

Die Finca und die Fläche ist optimal für einen Familienurlaub. Der Pool ist super, hat verschiedene Tiefen bis 2,20m. Es gibt jede Menge Tiere auf dem Anwesen, die natürlich abgezäunt sind. aber hin und wieder veriirrte sich ein Huhn ☺️. Es kam immer ein älterer Herr, der uns sogar Eier von den Hühnern gebracht hatte. Auch war alles sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Die Lage ist perfekt,um in alle Richtungen los zu fahren. Die Gastgeberin hat mit ihren Gesten(Wasserspielzeug für den Kleinen) und ihrer Freundlichkeit überzeugt. In allem wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Schönes altes Haus mit ein paar Mängeln

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt schön, wir haben den Urlaub genießen können. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und wir erhielten einen kurzen Rundgang durchs Haus. Antonia ist sehr freundlich. Der Garten ist schön und es gibt rund ums Haus tageszeitabhängig genug Schattenplätze um der Sonne zu entfliehen. Der Pool ist super. (Eventuell etwas viel Chlor) Zu den „Mängeln“: Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Leider war die Filterkaffeemaschine ohne Funktion und der Ofen hat auch nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir haben es aus Bequemlichkeit versäumt den Vermieter zu informieren da noch eine Kapselmachine vorhanden war und wir den Ofen nicht mehr nutzten. Die Spülung der Toilette unten klemmt/ läuft nach und das Bad riecht etwas muffig. Mit einer Geruchskerze aber leicht zu bekämpfen. Die Matratzen sind alle schon etwas durchgelegen. Allerdings haben wir es bei den von uns gemieteten Häusern bisher auch nicht anders gehabt. Ein Austausch wäre aber wohl angebracht. Der Billardtisch hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen… Ist aber noch nutzbar. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. Wir wären gerne noch ein bis zwei Wochen länger geblieben.
