"Front desk was okay. There was no microwaves in the whole place and one gentleman did amazing but the other simply didn’t want to warm up the meals for me in his break room. "

"It has a great location, walking distance into Little Italy and the USS Midway museum. It is within a 10 min drive from Old Town, Gaslamp, and the Zoo. It was a great stay, comfortable, convenient, clean, and accommodating. "

"A historic hotel in the SD Gaslamp. The staff is very nice, the rooms are extremely clean, and this is a hotel with quality furnishings. Stations of fresh, purified water on each level, at no cost, to fill complementary water containers and room glassware for coffee and drinks. Excellent room coffee makers are a bonus: excellent wifi, easy-to-use cooling and heating unit. The linens are beautiful."

"They had a pool but we didn’t go swimming this trip. The hotel was run down. The staff was awesome. The cleaning ladies were very sweet. The bed were very comfortable. They need to replace the carpet in the rooms."
