« Large comfortable home in the Big Creek area set in a lush tropical setting which is minutes walk to the beach. Enjoyed the serenity of the setting and was a short taxi ride to town. We saw a family of howler monkeys come close to the property daily which was a real treat.Lea was a great host and got us in contact with a reliable taxi service that used during our stay. »

« Writing this review to quiet some of the concerns of the previous reviewer… this rental was amazing! First, the views cannot be beat and the outdoor deck living space is just wonderful. It is the highest location in this particular spot of Basti, with amazing views and a breeze. It’s basically a very unique tropical jungle treehouse high above the town. The ACs in the bedrooms work very well and there is consistently hot water, with strong water pressure - things that are hard to find on...

« Property is beautiful and perfect for a very quiet, low-key, rustic beach experience. It was a bit stormy while we were there, so water was very murky and not good for snorkeling or kayaking. Definitely bring your own food and supplies, as there are no stores there, and eating out at the two neighbouring resorts can become very pricey, and they can be hard to book.
