« A new hotel - I stayed on the 6th floor which was clearly brand new. The hotel was very clean and a pleasant stay overall. Some teething issues in that some of the appliances were not working (microwave) as they were brand new and not used before, but I am sure these will be ironed out in due course. No air conditioning though, and even though it was only an 18 degree day, it was very hot in the room. My room (suite) did not have a window, but a fan was provided which helped. Staff extremely...

« This was the best experience ever I booked this for my husbands birthday he loved it so much he said it was like staying in the jungle hearing the lions roar it’s magical the pinewood lodge was lovely and cosy we loved our stay thank you so much and it the price was well worth it I would highly recommend. »

« Loved the hut, enjoyed our stay. I brought a 3 course meal with me. So no need to eat out! Lovely and cosy. I would have liked a small saucepan to do porrige in morning. We managed with a big one!! I also wasnt good with lighting the gas rings. I would prefer a long lighter . And no hooks for towels when wet out of shower. In bedroom there were a few cobwebs and spiders in nooks and crannies. Whilst not scared, I felt these had been on ceiling and edges for some time. However bed very cosy....

« We stayed for three nights, and really enjoyed pottering round Rye and mornings on the beach. Robin Hill is a wonderful place to stay, a welcoming and comfortable family home. Communication was excellent, the house very clean, and it was so nice to stay somewhere with character and history in equal measure! Many thanks :) »

« A deceptively spacious accommodation which easily slept 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with the usual items and smoothly led onto the dining area and garden area. The living room and bedrooms were really tastefully decorated and again, spacious. Would I use this accommodation again? Yes, it met our needs, nicely located for a walking weekend and our host was very helpful in answering all our questions »

« Das Cottage liegt mitten in einem Naturschutzgebiet an den Klippen und hat einen hübschen Garten mit Grillplatz und Sitzecke Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, natürlich handelt es sich um ein sehr altes Haus und keinen Neubau. Die Wandermöglichkeiten sind super und in der Umgebung gibt es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gute Gastronomie. Zu beachten: zum Kanal hin steht in der Nähe eine Radarstation, die leichte Geräusche verursacht, das hört man aber nur außerhalb des Hauses. Uns hat es nicht gestört....

« The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break. »

« We were really lucky as the hotel wasnt very busy during our visit, so we were upgraded to a suite bedroom, which was really big and had wonderful views of the sea front and pier. It was so peaceful in our room. We paid extra for breakfast and we're so glad we did. There was a huge amount of choice and everything was lovely and hot and tasted amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and helpful. We paid £6 to park in the carpark behind the hotel and it was great - we could park from 3pm...
