« I can see why this property gets higher ratings than most as it was meticulously cleaned, the air conditioner is quiet. It was a good stay. »

« All the facilities are extremely outdated and need significant updating. The online pictures were not representative of the quality of the rooms and in my opinion misleading. I experienced rotes wood on door and windows, stained tub, blocked and rusted out walkways, poorly maintained parking lots and overall outdated conditions. I would not recommend a stay at this facility. »

« Great place »

« The standard room is nothing more than a Motel 6 set up and over $200/night. The doors are on an exterior walkway and have cracks that let in air, noise and light from the walkway outside. We could hear snoring and full conversations through the walls. The continental breakfast was breads and yogurt. The indoor pool was ok but only 3.5 feet deep and the only place to swim; the outdoor swim up bar was wonderful but you cannot swim in it. This is not a resort. »

« While there was a pool it needed to be clean and the path to get there is old and needs updates. The staff was nice and friendly. The Internet was horrible. »

Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. « Absolutely would not recommend this property. The pictures online show an outdoor and indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was not functional and large empty pool when you pull in. The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room. Upon entering, the back door had a key card scan pad which was not functional. We were able to walk right in (just as anyone off the street). Right inside the door, there...

« Bed was a bit stiff ' bathroom door to in the room was to close to the toliet cant sit down without hitting your knee on the door when closing the door. Back of the hotel near sitting bench shows signs of neglect with missing a trash can. »

« The room and grounds were clean. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like it was going to fall apart any time you moved. The coffee area in the room was not impressive having an open container of coffee vs prepackaged is unsanitary. No soap or shampoo in. Room. « The property is outdated and could use a lot of updates and repairs, but the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the views were fantastic. The food and drinks were great and reasonably priced. We had a lot of fun at the pool and met a few people from different parts of the country. Overall, our experience was great. My one suggestion would be to bring back the hot tubs. They need to update their Expedia page because a lot of the information is old and some of their amenities no longer...

« Our room was extremely run down. I requested we be moved to another room and that one was only slightly better. For the amount we paid, I expected somewhere I would feel comfortable staying. Unfortunately, it felt gross and dirty. It actually made me feel like a bad mom because I was letting my son stay somewhere so dirty. Extremely disappointing and not a great start to our vacation.
