« My husband, chihuahua and I spent last week in Virginia. The second half was at the Cliffside Cabin. Each morning, we had our coffee sitting on the porch admiring the beautiful mountains and river view. The location was perfect for our outings. We hiked trails, explored Front Royal, saw the Caverns and tubed down the Shenandoah River which was so relaxing! If we're back in the area I would definitely stay here again. »

« Very nice well appointed home. We came in for a nearby family wedding and it was a great place to stay. Try to arrive during the day though as it is a little hard to find at night. But well worth opening and closing a gate or two. Fantastic view. Great space. »

« Property was great when we were there, the only thing that was a bummer was I think the pool pump was back flushing in the middle of the night. I think it was on a timer At 2:30 am and ran for a long time and we had to shut the windows because of the noise of running water. Also most mornings at 6:00 the pool was being filled on a timer and the pump ran for at least 4 hours at a time, so there was not much water pressure so couldn’t take a morning shower. « Super quaint little cottage, exactly what we needed. The hosts are incredibly sweet and accommodating. The view is of open farmland with mountians in the distance. The sun sets off the back of the cottage and theres a wonderful view. Really wonderful spot! »

« Quaint cottage with comfortable living space and bonus outdoor lounge chairs to enjoy an afternoon book. The property is within 30 mins of hiking trails in Shenandoah National Park. We really appreciated the ability to get to Main Street high end restaurants and an ice cream shop that had delicious flavor choices. We enjoyed ourselves and the owner was quick responding to questions. »

« This cabin was very comfortable and clean! The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. The views from the inside are just as spectacular on the outside. While the house is not directly on the reiver that was okay. We figured it would be hard to find a house right on the river with amazing views of the mountains off in the distance.
