La cuisine mal éclairée (manque néon sous meubles hauts) manque d'éléments élémentaires pour cuisiner : casserole assez grande, ustensiles de cuisine, verres (au moins 4), poêle anti-adhérente, manque de produits d'entretien pour nettoyer la cuisine ...Douche inexistante avec jet minimum sur mur opposé, une pomme de douche reliée à une prise électrique pour chauffer...

« It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. I dont know if someone left the front door open allowing the rain water to come in during the storm but we would’ve enjoyed our trip better if we didn’t get sick every time we were in the house. « Walking distance to all the shopping of Charolette Amalie. The most welcoming staff. Very clean rooms, the pool being open 24/7 is an awesome touch. I would recommend this stay to anyone! Especially couples. I wouldn’t say it’s fit for families or elderly-or those with a hard time climbing stairs. A few Minutes drive to the airport and Brewers Beach. YOU WONT REGRET your stay »

« The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase. Communication with the property owners was fast and reliable. We notified them of the stains...

« Spent 4nights and it was beautiful close to beach great views. The only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant and bar closed early like 9pm so if u didn’t have food by then you will starve and if you did have food there was no microwave to heat the food up. »

« Room was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a microwave in the room and coffee available in the lobby. The sitting area was nice unless there was a boat nearby that gave a diesel smell. Cruise ships did not dock in front of the hotel but further down the dock, so our view was not blocked. Hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the sky-tram which was nice. »
