A new hotel with very friendly staffs

I am overall satisfied with. Only disadvantage, which made me deduct a star, was the wrong pin location of the map. They must report Google or leave a comment and show the real location in internet booking services. It took me for a long time to find the real location.

Excellent rapport qualités prix avec une chambre agréable , propre, lumineuse et confortable . Petit déjeuner très correct en toit terrasse , situation idéale en plein quartier animée mais très au calme au fond d’une impasse . Réception chaleureuse avec pot d’accueil et mise à disposition de plan et d'explications. Seul bémol, les femmes de ménages qui s’activent très bruyamment des 7 heures du matin : grasse matinée difficile sans boules quiès.

Near city center. Quiet hostel.

The hostel is in the city center and near the bar street and the shopping street. Can walk to the night market. But one thing I want to complain is that when I booked via Expedia, the voucher said breakfast was included even my room was a dorm bed. However, I needed to pay at last. Apart from this, I felt quite satisfy with this small and clean hostel.

Beds in the dormitory are badly placed side by side. This system doesn't make the room comfortable. There was hornets' nest on the wall in the restaurant located on the top floor. That may be dangerous and people might be stung. They must immediately get rid of it. A cockroach was running in the dormitory. The staffs are nice enough though. The hostel is well located and you can go to the palace on foot. It will take just 15 minutes' walk.

Nice place, dorm was far too hot

The hostel itself is well appointed and close enough to the main ancient citadel as well as he bus pick up to arrive and leave However, the dorm was cramped and despite the air con and additional fans it was boiling hot so much so that I woke up with damp pillow and sheets. Storage is good though. The staff are friendly but very keen to book you lots of trips when really you can do most things on your own and on foot. I was only there one night but if I’d stayed longer I’d have had to move because of the stifling heat

Das Poetic Hue liegt sehr gut mitten im Hotel-/Backpacker-Viertel - ist in einer kleinen Nebenstraße und deshalb ruhig. Es ist Hotel und Hostel zugleich, allerdings ohne viel Flair. Dachterrassen-Frühstück ist nett, aber die Auswahl sehr begrenzt. Unsere Tür war verzogen und konnte von innen nicht geschlossen werden - uns wurde aber ein anderes Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel angeboten, was wir abgelehnt haben. Mit Hilfe des Personals wurde die Tür eben von außen für uns geschlossen :-) Insgesamt wars ok.

Très satisfait

Suite à des problèmes avec les installations le personnel nous a offert la chambre avec balcon et vue sur la ruelle.... Quelle surprise.... Chambre beaucoup plus grande,claire,aérée. Lit beaucoup plus grand....Oreillers plus moelleux....Salle de bain avec une petite fenêtre,ce qui evite les mauuvaises odeurs.....Un immense miroir....Une table et une chaise....Toujours ce problème de réveil à 6h 15 par le manque de respect des gens qui vont au petit déjeuner en claquant des pieds et parlant fort.... Conclusion pour un euro de différence n'hésitez même pas à prendre cette chambre surtout pour un séjour de 5 nuits. Et en partant on a eut le droit à 11% de remise pour les problèmes rencontrés soit 160 000 dongs environ 8€.... Du jamais vu en 4 ans de voyage en 28 pays.... Bravo aux personnels

Agréable mais pour un courte séjour

Chambre simple,propre,petite.....Salle de bain en connexion avec la salle de bain voisine par un système de ventilation,ce qui crée des nuisances sonores désagréables.... Réveil chaque jour à 6h15 quand le personnel monte les escaliers en tapant des pieds comme des brutes,ce qui est un peu pénible....Petit déjeuner parfait et sur mesure....Personnels féminins très souriants et agréables.... Matelas trop dur....TV5 monde....Chambre un peu sombre.

Can't complain

Can't really complain about my stay here. The staff were amazing, do anything for you. The rooms are basic, but to be honest I wasn't out exploring all the time so pretty much just slept there and that's I ot.

Absolutely to recommend

I had a great stay here in june! I've been in the private room as well as the dorm and the double was like a dream: spacious and clean room with big bathroom (best shower after 6 months travelling), super confortable bed and pillow, fridge and small balcony. I really enjoyed the breakfast on the roofterrace, good choices of food and tasty home-made jam. Thank you again to the owner and all the stuff, they treated me like in a 5 stars hotel, super welcoming, big smiles and always thoughtful. All this for a really small price! Thank you again for giving me an amazing stay in Hue and sorry for the late review! Sara

Great service

It was really a last minute arrangement and notification for us to inform the hotel staff on our way from Da Nang but they still managed to reply us on time and sent someone to pick us up at the railway station. Even though the hotel is situated in the alley, the location was quite convenient and near to restaurants and bars. When we reached the hotel, welcome fruits and drinks were being served on the table. Local tours and simple tourist attractions were explained by the staff which helped us to have a clearer picture. Simple breakfast was provided at the rooftop which give a really good view around the neighbourhood.

Amazing place!!

The hostel is brand new! The rooms are really spacious and beds are really comfortable, the staff is lovely, and if you are ridding Vietnam on a bike, they have a garage where they safely store it for the night. Highly recommend it!!

新築でゆったりした雰囲気のホステル

表通りから住宅街に入った奥まった場所にあるが、通りの看板を目印にすれば大丈夫。部屋は清潔で居心地はいい。スタッフもフレンドリー。レストランやマーケット、王宮、空港行きバス（ベトナム航空オフィス前）にも徒歩圏で便利。朝は表通りに面したカフェでベトナムコーヒーを楽しめる。ドミトリーは男女一緒だが、ちゃんとベッドには隣から見られないように衝立状の板があるので女性でも安心。新築後まだ半年しか経っていないため、非常に清潔感があって、バス・トイレもキレイ。オススメのホステル。

Great hotel

The staff are so beautiful and helpful, we had a great stay there. However wouldn't recommend booking any buses or tours through them, as when we did they overcharged us.
