"Wow, what can I say. It was awesome. Friendly staff. Breakfast was always fresh. The view from the 10th floor was breathtaking. My brother and I invited my mom to see the view and she agreeded the view of the water was so peaceful and relaxing. The Resident Inn is located in the heart of New Rochelle and was conveniently located across from Applebees and the movies at the end of the street. I will definitely be staying there again when visiting New Rochelle. Did a mention that the resident inn is within walking distance from the train station."

Gratuity is auto added Hairdresser never mentioned it and took the cash before I checked out! Only Tim and the waitress in the diner told us!! I look forward to going back but not the steak house or spa "

"The hotel is being completely redone. All rooms are completed- they are beautiful- well appointed and user friendly. Bedding was comfortable and we all had a good night’s sleep. Bathroom amenities were top notch and the shower was fantastic. We will definitely be back and look forward to our next stay."

"The staff was friendly and courteous. They responded quickly to requests. The only thing me and my family did not like was the breakfast at Eat Eat Eat. The staff were not attentive. We had to ask for the food to be refilled. It was around 10:45 am and breakfast ended at 11. However, the food should have been fully stocked since patrons were still coming in and they were accepting patrons until 11. "
