It has paved roads and central water system. Ideal for walkers and joggers. Lake location is supreme being near the mountain and the dam at the deepest, cleanest part of the lake. Nice large bathrooms with GREAT water pressure! Two kitchens was a little bit of a challenge since one had a good stove and the other had the dishwasher. Deck furniture was VERY comfortable. Home was very clean. Loved the cove, not a lot of traffic, so nice for swimming. Nice windows and lots of natural light! Nice neighborhood for walking. Great that there was closet space and dresser space in the bedrooms and hangers in the closets! Plenty of room for 5 adults.
