We found it to be a great choice over some of the nicer, comparable options like Turtle Inn, since Mariposa has more of a boutique vibe, and we felt offered a better value overall. I plan to return again next year and will definitely book here again. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south.
