"The overall experience we had at the Rui Santa Fe was good. The issues we had were how noisy the rooms are. If you're looking to get any sleep between 11:00 pm and 8:30 am don't. Between the loud drunk kids yelling at all hours of the night and the cleaning staff having full on conversations in the hallways starting around 7:30 am there's a good chance you'll want to pack up and leave. With that being said, the alcohol seems to be a little watery.... Food is ok, what you'd expect from an all-inclusive. Entertainment is outstanding."

"Did not like this place one bit. I realized after 20 minutes I could not stay here so I left for another hotel and lost my money on a four night stay. But the place just gave me the creeps. Not good for a solo traveller. Maybe if you have kids and you want to trash the place and be away from people. Idk. Felt the advertising for this place was not truthful or the host checking me in did a terrible job telling me about what’s good about the place. She was nice to me but I told her I was having trouble making sense of the place. Like where is the cool stuff? Lol. Really. I would not have been able to stay one night there."

"The pool and hot tub were AMAZING! Shirley was excellent at communicating and responsive during our stay. She was an excellent host. We loved the pickleball court as well. The one thing I think is important to note is the room with the ping pong table (Bedroom 5) connects to one of the king bedrooms. It can be seperated by glass sliding doors, but then bedroom 5 has no access to an indoor bathroom. They do have access to use the patio bathroom, just outside their door. Depending on your group and ages, this might be helpful to know before arriving. Overall, we loved our stay! The neighborhood was great, we felt totally safe, excellent views of the arch and city and the pool was greatly enjoyed by all every day! Thank you!"

"The staff was not very warm or welcoming. The restaurant and food was moderate. The drinks were poorly made - watered down. The facilities were not well maintained."

"Loved it! Condo was beautifully appointed. Had everything we needed. Salvador met us at check-in and gave us all details we needed for our stay. The rooftop was amazing and we were up there by ourselves, so it was very quiet. Drive to everything was close. A great place if you did not want to be in the middle of all of the activities."
