Room had used ear swab on the bed during check in, booked a room for four and was left two towels, requested room cleaning while we were out on day 4 of the stay and were told we had not been scheduled for it which left us with dirty towels and a mountain of trash that was not picked up day 6 of the stay I requested more towels at the front desk and the front desk manager as her name tag said come off with very rude tone because all of the guest were not listed which was her employees mistake but did not take accountability for it making it seem like it was my fault the pool was clean but cold but was not able to use it as the light inside was broken overall it was okay and it was a place to stay during our trip but it did not seem that the facility or staff were offering any form of exceptional service or amenities
