"The room is very dated and poorly maintained. There is mold stains in the grouts and staining in the fabric of furnitures and walls. We paid extra 1200NTD per night to upgrade the room but the supposedly renovated room still does not meet modern standards. I am very surprised this hotel has a 5 star rating. the staffs are nice though. "

The hotel also offers free laundry facilities, which is very convenient for travelers. However, some of the dryer machines were not working properly during our stay. The paid breakfast is something you don’t want to miss. There is a wide variety of food and most of it tastes great. If you don’t have time to sit down and eat, they even allow you to pack your food to go, which is a very thoughtful option for tourists. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and convenient amenities."
