However it is worn down and not well maintained. My wife and I spent 2 hours cleaning upon arrival due to things like 2 full trash cans not emptied in kitchen, food crumbs and sauce on counters, dirty towel left in master bathroom, popped water balloons all over pool deck and furniture, and clogged bathtub drain in guest bedroom. During COVID-19 pandemic, this was beyond concerning for lack of cleanliness. Attempted to reach property management upon arrival however issues not addressed for 2 days and even then not fully.
