Perched on the 16th hole of Harbour Town Golf Links, this island home will be just the place to kick back and watch the golfers pass by each morning with a cup of coffee on the private deck! The beach is just a short trolley ride away, yet you won't have to leave home base to escape the heat, as you have a private pool right outside to take a quick dip or tan in bliss with a good book. Inside, you will be spoiled by the bright interior, high-end furnishings, and free high-speed WiFi. The open layout of the second floor is perfect for entertaining with a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar seating to make meal prep a social event, a wonderful dining area, and a spacious living room complete with a large TV and plush sectional. One bedroom is located on this floor and the other three are on the lower floor, so privacy will be easy to come by. \* Phase 2 of the Lighthouse Lane Infrastructure Improvement Project is scheduled to begin in early May 2025, and is estimated to continue through June 2025. Planned work will be conducted Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, excluding major holidays. Weekend and overnight work may be necessary but will be communicated in advance. Heavy machinery and construction vehicles will be traveling to and from the project site. Single-lane road closures and flagging operations will be in place daily, weather permitting. Temporary full lane closures may be required at times. Motorists should expect traffic delays, traffic detours, and be prepared to share the road with bike riders and pedestrians. Sidewalks in the project area will be closed as needed. Pedestrians and bike riders should expect delays and be prepared to stop and follow detours. For safety, bike riders will be required to dismount and walk bikes around the active work zones. Please also note that Harbourtown golf course will be closed from May 10th through mid November for maintenance. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Free trolley to beach All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note E-bikes are not allowed. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
