Seascape 3030 is a nicely decorated three bedroom two bathroom beach getaway that has all the comforts of home which includes a flat screen TV in the living room and all three of the bedrooms as well as Wireless Internet.!! The first floor of this villa has a well stocked kitchen, dining room and living room. Located off the living room there is a large deck w/a gas grill and seating – perfect for a relaxed evening of grilling after a hard day of golf/tennis or surf and sand.


On the second floor of this villa there are two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room and shared bath. The Third floor has the master suite containing a king bed, completely renovated private bath and the most glorious private balcony with birds-eye view of birds nesting in the palm trees.


Seascape Villas have a relaxing, sub-tropical feel that offers two salt water swimming pools, walking trails and a series of lagoons with connecting bridges.


There is also a private Beach Cabana located on the ocean for the exclusive use of Seascape owners and guests. The cabana includes outside showers a separate men’s and women’s bathroom.
