"This hotel is amazing. Pros- Looks great, rooms are amazing! Full size fridge, full size freezer, microwave wave, 2 burner stove, dishes, pots and pans, silverware. Large flatscreen TV. Big walk in shower. Good water pressure, towels are good size, bed is comfortable and air conditioning works great. Cons- Pillows are not the best. (I had to use 3 to be comfortable) That is really the only con. We got there early so no room was available, but they still allowed me park our truck there. They made sure to call when a room was available. They made sure we were on the same floor as our family was on. My family had an issue with the AC in their room right away they moved them to another room and also upgraded their room. This the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel and we will e staying here each time we are in San Antonio. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn San Antonio SeaWorld. The room was extremely clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, we slept so well every night! The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff were also very helpful and kind, always ready to assist with a smile and make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"They got my room wrong was supposed to be a king suit with separate rooms but said we had to book two rooms to have that option and I said thats what the picture was when i booked it "

"This is a great off season resort (that is when we visited)! There were numerous times we had the heated pool by ourselves. We had a two bedroom unit with a full kitchen, it saved us a ton of money not having to eat out every meal. San Antonio is so built up, this was a nice respite. "

"Very new facility and the gym was great. If you need an extended stay they have everything you could possibly want!"
