"This was an absolutely idyllic location! It felt like we were staying in a protected forest. So beautiful and peaceful. The river was a key hang out spot for us whether fishing in the water, reading on the beach, hanging in the hot tub or enjoying the fire pit. The house was very spacious and great lay out.This will become a go to spot!"

"Very nice stay ! Perfect for the fly fishing enthusiast. Although temps were stillVery warm at the time we stayed (mid September), the area was beautiful to hike and fish. Stream temps were stillToo warm to support good trout numbers but I imagine after October it is very good fishing in many of the streams, all in close proximity to Sweet Water. Place was great ! Looking forward to future stays for sure !!"

"This was an excellent stay for our family of 7! The kids loved sleeping in the loft and played cards up there for hours. The bathroom was spacious (for a tiny house) which was very helpful for sharing a single bathroom. The patio and the view were incredible to spend time outside. We loved the location, being so near to both Lake Jocassee and Lake Keowee. We especially loved the trail leading to beach access on Lake Jocassee; it was the most beautiful and magical place to spend our time! Our kids snorkled in the clearest water and played at the prettiest beach all day! We are seriously considering coming to stay again next year."

"Our stay was amazing, the property and home was absolutely gorgeous. Our only issue was that the bunk house/ game room doesn’t have a bathroom, so the ones using the beds in their had to go to the main house to use the bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed every minute of being there "

"We had a great stay here! The property is lovely and has just about anything you could want. You cannot beat the location for its proximity to the park/lake! Our only comment was that the beds are very firm. My late 30’s husband was fine, but my 65 parents felt it was too firm. Still wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Lake Jocassee was amazing, and we were so thrilled to find an amazing dog-friendly property right there."

"Had amazing stay, it was so cozy and homey. The wifi was strong which is good because there was no service near by. We hiked and went kayaking near by, i’m so happy with the location of the cabin! Would definitely book again"
