House was clean, quiet, and super close to the boat ramps at Lake Jocassee. There was plenty of room for our boat. We even saw a mama bear and her cubs. That was a special treat! We will be back. The dogs loved the yard, the house met all of our needs and the proximity to the lake was awesome. We couldn't have asked for better weather or the convenience and comfort of the house. This location is perfect for Lake Jocassee access, it’s soo close!! Plenty of room to park a boat and the driveway wasn’t steep. We had a great time, the house is comfortable and has everything you need. The most helpful amenities for me were the coffee filters and washer/dryer/detergent!! We had two families with kids and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. Huge dining table for us all to dine at together. The host is very accessible and responsive. It was nice, clean, and private. I loved that it had a fenced in front yard. Appliances are dated but all in working condition. It had everything we needed but I did miss having my Keurig (no big deal). There was not any WiFi but we did have cell service. The owner was very accessible for questions.
