"Really chill and quiet home. Inside and outside spaces were both great. The house was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. Awesome outdoor space for star-gazing and fireside sitting. The location to Lake Jocassee is excellent. The whole area is just amazing. We had a half day boat rental on Lake Jocassee and it’s stunning! Several 3-4 mile hikes and so many waterfalls to choose from. Picked up supplies at Ingles, dinners out a Habanero’s Mexican Grill and Crave Kitchen. Yum! Book this house and have great weekend!"

"Very Quint little escape. Relaxing sounds from frogs in back pond, neat little cabin to spend a few nights. Was diving in Jocassee and it’s an under a 5minute drive to the lake so great place to come back to and unwind."

"We had a great stay at this VRBO property. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was spacious enough for our family of 8 and had a peaceful, tranquil setting. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back porch listening to the stream and mini waterfall within the tree line. Host communication was EXCELLENT before, during, and after our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. The attention to detail throughout the house was evident, and the coffee bar with supplied K-cups was a very nice touch. The price point matched the quality and experience we received. The only minor drawback was the steep driveway entering the property, but after a couple trips it became second nature. Our suggestion is to back into the driveway, which makes leaving a lot easier. The owners are also very supportive of the military, so military families may want to contact the owner directly about possible additional discounts. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Go Tigers!"

"It truly was a wonderful experience. Plenty of room and the kitchen was very well stocked. The front porch and back screened porch were my favorite places to sit. Very peaceful and beautiful. Host did a great job with communication and making our family feel welcomed. Definitely will be back."

"loved the locationclean for most part but a clean that is acceptable to me-some shredded cheese under keurig and a few dust bunnies just from neglect, such as under that stand immediately in front of you when you walk in front door.worst part-left a day early due to that bed!!!!!! wife hurt for 3 days afterwards"
