I did not eat breakfast. I had small meals and snacks and they were good. The road outside was noisy from 7 am to after midnight The facilities have been recently upgraded and are well designed and attractive

Great place to stay in Heraklion

One night before taking an early morning flight. Kiki the administrator is super friendly and ready to help with any need. Awesome restaurant by the hotel as well.

Beds and pillows really quite bad, thin and plasticky feeling. I was under the weather and realized I had checked out in a hurry and left some clothing behind and cleaning staff denied seeing it. The plus side is that they were incredibly responsive - everything was done via WhatsApp. Never interacted with a person, for better or worse - personally did not mind. Conveniently located to Knossos.

This was a very modern and stylish place, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We could walk to Knossos in about half an hour and there were dining and shopping options nearby. Highly recommended!

Clean and nice aesthetic. Location is close to the Palace of Knossos. Dropped one star because toilet would not flush and check-in was stressful due to no staff being at front desk upon arrival (had to be let in by bar staff).

A high quality hotel that gets the extras just right. The quality and cleanliness were top notch and we found the rooms well appointed and comfortable. We also appreciated the style of the decor throughout. But it was those extra torched like the welcome snacks, the hotel-prepared info guide, the toothbrush kit, the coffee/teas in room and the little slippers that were the extra touch to make us feel very welcome. Our interactions with staff were always very friendly and they were always very communicative and helpful in addressing any minor issues we had (e.g. missing TV remote the first day). A great place to stay in Heraklion.

Would happily stay there again. The only thing that confused us was the "You Are Here" on the map in the room. Turns out that the GD Gallery is not on the map at all so that caused us some confusion. Other than that - we were super happy with the room and the wonderful staff.

No 2 bus stops outside and goes to Knossos and back into town to the Archeological Museum. Nice restaurant is part of the property, and its staff are very helpful when you are unable to access your room. But there is no "Reception" to greet you, and if you haven`t caught up with your emails you are unable to get in. When you sit down and search for an email you find it says your booking is no longer valid. However, other kind guests and restaurant staff sorted us out. But we couldn`t get the safe to work, and there was no-one to ask. The room was not cleaned on Sunday but we could not see this in any of the instructions in the room.

You advertised this as a 3/4 star hotel. It is not an hotel, you said it had 24 hour reception it did not, it had 24 hour WhatsApp. You said it had a restaurant it did not. You said there was a spa there was not. They were all individual businesses and nothing to do with the apartments. We thought we had booked an hotel, it was an apartment block, in a run down area and transport was awful, it was noisy and dusty. There was no where to sit outside the apartment. Our bins were left over flowing and we had no replacement towels in four days. We booked this for two weeks but fortunately we had to change our flights because two weeks in this place would have been a nightmare. The restaurant next door was nice but three times the price of eating in the city. The people in the shop joined to the apartments were unfriendly and were annoyed when our taxi dropped us in front of their shop and we had to go through it to get to the reception. The manager had sent a code to our phones while we flying so never received them until after we arrived at the apartment block. There was no one in reception all the time we stayed here. This apartment block is okay for a one or two night stop over but not for a holiday. We have booked through Expedia many time and this has been our worse experience ever. Needless to say we won’t be using Expedia again.

Pleasant stay

This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Herklion, Crete. It's a very nice property. It has parking but is a distance from the historic district. I'd stay here again.
