"Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed with a great couch/ottoman for seating. Room had a balcony, which was lovely, and a pull out seat for mobile options for work or dining. The staff were very friendly on check in/out. They have a bistro (which we didn’t get to use, but looked lovely) and a courtyard to sit outside in nicer weather. "

"Definitely welcoming to pets no problem. There staff was fine. Parking was fine. The room had a funky smell and felt like it needed to be deep cleaned. The tub was rusty. Absolutely could not use that for bathing."

"Started off rough. Our room smelled like perhaps it was an old smoking room and there were stains in the carpet. Then our TV was busted (as if it had been punched) so I went to say something to the staff. They knew about the broken TV and had reported it days prior and. She said she thought it had been taken care of before letting me know their new maintainence man is part time. After switching rooms though we were happy enough with our stay. The new room felt cleaner and everything worked. Breakfast was pretty decent but the orange juice was...off. The whole family commented that the orange juice not only tasted watered down but there was something not quite right about it. Otherwise everything else was pretty good. Bonus plus is that the pool felt like it was nearly 100 degrees. It felt like bath water and that was pretty great. "

"No staff after 4:00 pm or at all on Sunday. We had no toilet paper and didn’t receive any. You have to do everything through a kiosk. No comforter or quilt, just two sheets."
