The staff is very friendly, breakfast has an incredible selection at a high quality, and the design and decor of the hotel is fabulous. "Nice, helpful staff from Reception to Housekeeping. I did enjoy staying here, but when I checked in, I was advised the room was ready. It became apparent that it wasn’t; basics like tea/coffee and toiletries had not been replaced from prior traveller. I also found some long black hair in between the mattresses, and it wasn’t mine. "Very nice hotel located in the heart of Helsingborg. Brkfst Buffet was FANTASTIC! Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking the Ferry to/from Denmark, so city noise was mostly bearable. We HAD to have the window open in order to keep our room somewhat comfortable for sleeping, though We also requested a portable fan to blow on us at night. In other words, no AC available when the room is warmer than your preference. "

"I wish the hotel is closer to the central station as others. The hotel is about 1.5 km away from the central station. I need to take a 5 min bus and walk about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. If you have a car, the location will be good because you have a parking space. If you travel by train, it will be much easier to stay closer to the central station. Room size and cleanliness are ok. "
