« L’hôtel était très beau, la décoration avait beaucoup de goût. Le spa était parfait, sauna et hammam de qualité. L’espace intérieur et extérieur étaient juste détente, très agréable. Peignoir à disposition. Il ne manquait qu’un frigo dans la chambre. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et son intention particulière pour mon anniversaire ainsi que le personnel. Parking près de l’hôtel. Cologne, therme et Phantasialande à 20 min en voiture, super pratique. On a passé un excellent...

Das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und freundlich. Das Frühstück (Extrakosten von 15,- Euro) war umfangreich, die Auswahl vielfältig. Der Preis ist mehr als gerechtfertigt. « Venu entre couple d’ami pour profité de 2 jours sur le circuit. L’emplacement est très bien, c’est calme, et seulement à 7mn du circuit. Les chambres sont propres, les lit confortable et le personnel très sympathique ☺️ Si je devais juste suggérer quelques choses ce serait d’ajouter un petit étage à côté du lavabo mais ce serait vraiment un bonus 😄. »

"The rooms are spacious but not very functional. There was a water leak next to the toilet but it didn't get fixed despite requesting it twice. It is not always easy to turn on/off the lights. You need to press several times the buttons. The service in the hotel is the worst I have ever experienced. I arrived a couple of hours before check-in time and my room was not ready. No problem, I totally understand and went for lunch. I come back around 15:15 and my room was still not ready. No solution was found except please wait. I finally got my room at 15:30 after insisting. There is no power plugs in the room next to the desk. I asked for an extension cable and the answer I got was "we do not have, please buy it yourself". I finally realized myself that I could move the TV and found a plug there. "
