The backyard gives you large access to the white tale deer which is very nice. Everything you would need is located in the home and outside for a fun trip. The only things that we didn’t like: bathroom is very tiny and the tap water smells and tastes of what I assume is sulpher. The cottage was excellent. It was cute, clean & comfortable. The only drawback was that it was close to a busy road. All the appliances were new and included a washer and dryer. The location was good about 3 miles fhom Hayward, which has many restaurants and nice shopping. the house had everything you need. Jill is highly responsive to needs. She is an experienced traveler who knows what you need in a rental. She even left a gift basket and welcome note. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware/bakeware, including some pieces you wouldn't expect to find in a rental (blender? Keurig?) Home has a full bath, HVAC system, TVs, and board games. Back yard has both a grill and a fire pit. It is large and shares its back fence with a deer park (part of a zoo). There is a bench with pillows set up near the fence so you can enjoy a private moment with deer while you read a book or relax. One thing to note: this home is on a rural highway, so there will be light traffic noise in the front (smaller) bedroom with the twin beds. I have a low tolerance for noise, but I slept in one of the twin beds and was fine with the windows closed. TLDR: Comfortable home, responsive owner, highly recommended. ##### Kristin B.
