Great location, comfortable room. Rooms are only accessible by stairs. Would recommend for a night or two in Hanoi.

The room is ok. Well equipped, clean and big enough for the purpose. Bed is good, firm but comfortable. Friendly staff (!) who will do their best to help you if you need it Perfect location. 👌👌👌 Wifi is..... Hmm... Not so great If you just need a room to sleep at a very good location I would recommend this hotel

Room as pictured (top floor), we were given an option of whether we wanted to be a lower or higher level. Friendly staff. No lift which I didn't expect and no problem for us. Clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom could be cleaner but this appears to be standard of the area, working hot water and air con.

The front desk service was excellent! AThe hotel architecture however is dated and best suited for short stays. But given the reasonable rates, it is satisfactory.

Got a bed for the night and that’s about it. Get what you pay for I guess. Property cleanliness was terrible and exposed electrical in the bathrooom. Wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel is not worthy of 3 stars. Our room was dirty and dusty, and the sheets were stained. The water pressure in the shower was really bad. Water was also leaking from the toilet. Would not reccomend.

Ravintoloita, pankkiautomaatti ja pari elintarvikekioskia välittömässä läheisyydessä + Huoneen ilmastointi oli toimiva - Äänieristys huoneeseen on olematon. Kakkoskerroksen huoneeseen kantautui todella kuuluvasti henkilökunnan puhe alhaalta kaiken kivirappukäytävää pitkin - Aamupalan piti sisältyä hintaan, mutta kuulimme paikan päällä että hotelli on lakkauttanut ravintolansa eikä mitään aamupalaa tai syötävää ollut heiltä saatavilla - Kylppärin siisteys huono - Suihkusta ei tule kuumaa vettä ja vedenpaine on todella onneton - Huoneen jääkaappi oli pois käytöstä/toimimaton - Ei peittoa sängyssä (vain pussilakana), eikä petauspatjaa josupatjan päällä Kaikkiaan kokemus oli kehno enkä suosittele tätä "hotellia", ellei pidä metelistä ja muista edellä mainituista ominaisuuksista.

Great stay

Location is great, street is a bit loud (constant honking) but not really their fault. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shower is nice, waters and coffee every day, bed and pillows comfortable. No complaints!

Enjoyable stay for 9 nights

Nice location in the middle of old town. Clean room with fascinating view to the street. The breakfast options were quite limited for a vegetarian.

I am not even sure how this hotel is on Expedia as 3 star. Horrible, dark room with dirty towels, bed sheets and no sense of guest experience. I wouldn't recommend this hostel to any travelers in Hanoi. Please do not go on pictures as they are edited and dont show the true condition of the rooms. Breakfast was not even worth giving a try as the breakfast table was tucked in underneath a staircase. Room was left opened after cleaner did his/her role and left my belonging up for grab for anyone, fortunately nothing was missing. Stay clear from this hotel, was a terrible experience i had.

The room was very small , 6 flights stairs up and had bars on the windows. Had there been a fire I’m sure we would have been toast. The location was good, it was clean and the staff were lovely. However couldn’t get the shower to work and when trying kept getting electric shocks. Had to go to another room to shower

Ok stay for the money

The room was much smaller than the photos make it appear and felt quite dark. The bathroom was disappointing, the shower door was broken and there was no hot water on the second night. The staff were courteous and helpful but our experience didn’t match up with the previous reviews we had read but overall it was fine for the money we paid.
