« The lighthouse is a cozy, space efficient, welcoming cottage with amazingly comfortable bed. There is also a great porch with outdoor furniture for dining as well as a nice little wagon that you can pull to the beach with beach chairs and some sand toys . « John is the best host in Hampton. He provides clean modern rooms at a fair price right across from the beach and leaves you alone. Of course you need to be respectful of the property, that should go without saying of course. Some people they don’t understand that concept but barring that, it’s a peaceful place for you to go and enjoy your vacation at a reasonable price and it’s right across from the beach. I love the seagull inn…bigly. »
