« Two bedrooms, and basically an upstairs apartment. Wide open kitchen and dining area was fun for eating and hanging out at night. Check in/out was easier than most, and there was plenty towels, which is not always the case. Twice my wife and I had drinks on the little porch off the bedroom after the sun went down. Fun places in Hamilton are easy walks. We would stay here again without question. »

If I had to change anything, I’d have the lawn done before guests arrive, fixed the smallish cut in the front door screen so bugs couldn’t get in and had a cutting board available. Minor things. « My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who attends Miami. About a 22 minute scenic drive to Oxford. Property was super clean and accommodating. « The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations. »
