We have 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, multiple gathering spaces, front porch, back deck with outdoor dining, game room, and the home is handicap friendly with a ramp to the first floor which includes a bedroom and a full bathroom. With our multiple gathering spaces and large bedrooms, you will have plenty of space to spread out or hang out together. We are just minutes from shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. Don\`t hesitate to reach out if you have any issues that you cannot resolve. Main Street Historic District: Located in the heart of downtown Hamilton, the Main Street Historic District is a charming neighborhood with a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. You can find everything from vintage clothing stores to art galleries to live music venues, all within a few blocks of each other. We are also located just a few short minutes from Spooky Nook Sports Complex and from Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park. We are also close to Kings Island, Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and from Downtown Cincinnati and everything that it has to offer. House Rules: 1\. If you open it, close it. 2\. The parking was difficult to find coming into the alley but our host provided great instructions on how to find the parking. The house was really well appointed / renovated since its ownership change in 2022\. Every room was seemingly refaced and the furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. We had plenty of clean towels and linens for our stay. There was great communication for checkin / checkout, and all of our needs were anticipated with parking, heating/cooling, and TVs. This house is very conveniently located to the up and coming Hamilton area (I would recommend True West for coffee/breakfast). We had about a 20 minute drive to/from Oxford/Miami University. If staying there for Miami, my advice would be to have a pre-arranged driver to get you back to Hamilton from Oxford at night other than Uber/Lyft. It is kept very clean, both the house and the yard. There was an issue with the HVAC control at check in, but the host came right over and fixed the issue. The only real problem was prior to check in there were automated emails sent to us with links to the entrance code, etc. The links did not work. VRBO customer service blamed it on the host using a third party billing service, but when the links were clicked, it opened a screen saying there was no such reservation.
