« I only stayed 3 days in this super hotel. I usually don't go to that type of hotels, I was not disappointed. The service was great, all the employees I had to deal with were respectful, helpful, kind and extremely polite and smiling. The room itself matched with the description. The bathroom is great, the beds are super comfy and it is well isolated. Superb view from my room and the restaurant, where the food was fine, slightly expensive but correct prices. The swimming pool is great, big enough...

« Ou bien hotels.com ne fait pas bien son travail d'enquête, ou bien la Direction de l'hôtel ment effrontément. Vélos gratuits : 1 seul et cassé. Centre d’affaires : n’existe pas. Navette d’aéroport : pas d’aéroport ou alors Hanoï à 40 kilomètres !? Poste informatique : n’existe pas, la réceptionniste propose celui de la réception !!! Restaurant : pas de petit déjeuner continental et ferme à 09 heures. Une seule clé par chambre. Pas de dépôt de garantie. Au final c'est mieux. Pas de pièce...

« To clear up the contradictory reviews. This hotel has no pool, the one in the picture is the private home next door. This is also no airport shuttle. But it takes less than 10min to get there by Grab Cab. The staff was very friendly, did use my translate app. But was not a problem or a hassle and was surprised I didn’t need to use it more this trip. Only complaint is that even though the room was non-smoking and the beds were very comfortable. There was a constant cigarette smoke smell in the...

« Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all! »

"I only stayed 3 days in this super hotel. I usually don't go to that type of hotels, I was not disappointed. The service was great, all the employees I had to deal with were respectful, helpful, kind and extremely polite and smiling. The room itself matched with the description. The bathroom is great, the beds are super comfy and it is well isolated. Superb view from my room and the restaurant, where the food was fine, slightly expensive but correct prices. The swimming pool is great, big enough with 2 spaces, one being meant for younger children. There is a pool bar as well. I strongly recommend this plo"
