Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. I would say if you have a balance or walking issue, rent the lower cabin closest to the entrance as it's on flat ground. Our daughter and son in-law were next to us in another cabin which was wonderful. We loved the treehouse feel and the beautiful views no matter which window we looked out of.
