The bin in the kitchen/living area didnt have a lid so the smell of what was in the bin filled the living area. There was no window in the living/kitchen area only the light coming in the glass front door. Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end). "Chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Petit déjeuner à £40, nous avons fait l impasse et préféré un des nombreux cafés de Bath. L emplacement est idéal, proche de la gare, des termes et de la zone commerçante. Le spa est magnifique malgré les créneaux horaires limités à respecter. Un bémol sur le linge de toilette qui est un peu mince et les 15 min d attente pour avoir nos clefs de chambre ( notre chambre a été donnée à un autre client qui est arrivé avant à l hôtel )"

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"
