« Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly. They had complementary cookies at the front desk when I checked in (nice touch). The fitness center is rather small, but I was at least able to do a bit of elliptical and treadmill, and they had complementary bottled water and towels, and sanitizing wipes for the equipment. Breakfast had nice variety and was fresh. Even the coffee was good! I wish they had a 24-hour coffee bar like some other hotels, but at least there was a mini coffee maker in the...

« Very clean and accommodating to my personal needs. Only gripe is was told I was getting a room. With a king size bed. However it was actually 2 queen beds. Not too terrible. But worth mentioning nonetheless. »

« Clean and well maintained. Central heat and AC not reliable. Room temperature varies. Use your ear plugs because of noisey highway. Trees behind the lodge need cutting to prevent roof noise. Microwave and mid-sized refrigerator in room. Cable TV worked great. The bed was comfortable. No extras except soap and towels provided. Low price lodging, not luxury. »

« The TV didn’t work all night, staff couldn’t fix it. She just blew us off and never came back. There were also a significant number of barking dogs down the hall from us that we then couldn’t tune out. Super obnoxious, the manager lady heard them when she came up but didn’t do anything. »

« This hotel appeared to be under some renovation. In our room there was a crack in the window, water on the floor under the window after rain, missing lightbulb in lamp, unable to plug in another lamp due to not enough outlets. There were very strong, uninviting odors in the lobby and throughout the hotel when we arrived and at various times throughout the weekend. Overall disappointed with our stay. In the past I have had much better experience with Wingate by Wyndam. »

« Breakfast was excellent. Three kinds of fresh fruit and a variety of yogurt were appreciated. And all of the meats, eggs, gravy and biscuits were prepared very well. The cinnamon rolls are always a treat. Breakfast alone is a major reason to stay. Thanks »
