We only stayed one night and it was perfect! Our key was waiting at the front desk, lovely room, good size, comfortable and with a balcony and view! Breakfast starts at 7:30, and it was perfect too, with a lovely view! Fresh bread, trouts, local cheeses and meats! A wonderful stay at a chalet! We drove, there’s a small parking and then you need to walk a little uphill with the bags to reach the hotel. The complimentary breakfast has many delicious choices, and the staff were always cheerful and accommodating. Very comfortable and relaxing sitting area next to the breakfast room. The only downside is that there is a steep climb from the parking area to the hotel. The staff, however, were very helpful transporting luggage to and fro. The hotel is located on top of a hill without direct car access. Need to park and then hike 30 degree uphill for 5 minutes to reach the door. One of the heater missing control knob but fixed the following day. There are sharp edge at bed and easy to get hurt in this tight room. The toilet bowl is right next to the shower drain pan that the corner of the drain pan make it uncomfortable to sit down. It is hard to describe though. The breakfast staff is nice and friendly.
