Seul point négatif: le personnel à l’accueil. Aucun sourire, ne répond pas aux questions. Se contente de réciter son texte sur ce qui est permis ou pas et l’heure du déjeuner. Insiste sur l’interdiction de marijuana. »

« This hotel was conveniently located for the tinley park amphitheater concert we attended. Not much for dining/ drinking venues within walking distance. Cleanliness of room and as not so good, shoes/feet stuck to floor, when I cleaned floor with a white towel, was black when finished. »

I tried to flush it and the toilet didn’t seem to want to flush I tried3 times and it finally went down and the phone in the room had some sort of grease all over it and was never cleaned. « When we entered our room, the air was damp and we realized the carpet was wet. When I called the front desk, they said it had been shampooed that day. Unfortunately, they did not turn on any fans or the a/c system to run the fan, so the moisture had accumulated in the air in the room until it felt damp like a high humidity day. The bedding felt damp as did our clothes the following morning. They said they could not move us because they were full, and they did not register our complaint. »
