"The resort is in a lovely location, just off the beach. The whole area is maintained beautifully, the trees and the flowers offer a pretty backdrop. The rooms are very spacious and the gym is excellent. There are an array of bars and restaurants. And the staff are just wonderful! This is our third visit and we’re already booking to come back in 2027!"

"NOT a "Resort" in the least and should not define or advertise themselves that way...that would be my biggest takeaway. Staff was fine with a few key people that were excellent. Some big issues for me at this place though were as I mentioned, that this place should absolutely not refer to itself as a "Resort." There are certain and various expectations that an establishment must meet to define itself as a "resort" and Koi doesn't meet any of them as far as I'm concerned. This term is extremely misleading and NOT the case at all...It's a Hotel with an outdoor pool, that's it. Even the beach that you're on is not accommodating for lying on or swimming, but that is what it is cause you're on the "Atlantic side", not the Caribbean Sea side of the country...key fact that I failed to consider. The restaurant was decent, but definitely seemed pricey to me and after a few nights it can get pretty limited. On the plus side, I will give credit to the rooms themselves. I thought the actual room was easily the best feature of the stay. The extreme spaciousness, balcony, and overall layout of the bathtub and shower with the optional window in between those areas were all very nice. Decent amount of choices on the TV there as well. I did also appreciate and like the fact that they provided at Daily Shuttle at 11 for the guests to one of 3 locations; being between Frigate Bay, Carambola Beach Club, and Shipwreck Beach. I personally liked the down & dirty vibe at Shipwreck the most."

"Landsay he is awesome! He did everything its possible to make my stay the best in St Kitts! I have been here for 2 weeks but most time i traveled, went to Saba, Statia with Ferry, to Puerto Rico with flight , and of course when i was here i went to Nevis , the beach its amazing there, the ferry 2 minutes walk from this hotel , so everything was great!!! Just having my last beer here on the balcony;)"

"Ideally located to many restaurants, activities and Timothy Hill Beach. Service from staff is exceptional. Accommodation is comfortable however the infrastructure is a bit dated and when there is sargassum on the beach, the smell is overwhelming. We had a garden room so only affected by it when we went to the pool closer to the sea. "

"Great overall with amenities; gym, restaurants pool and beach areas, where you could swim!! (Great clearing the seaweed from the beach daily!!). More importantly the staff was excellent!! Would definitely go back for a relaxing vacation. "

"We had the most incredible week at Koi Villa celebrating with our family and closest friends! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The staff were truly superb. Our concierge, Ms. Keneshia, and Mr. Gaurav, the F&B manager, were completely on top of every detail and made sure our stay was seamless and special. The food was absolutely phenomenal and so tastey! Every single person we encountered at the resort was exceptionally kind and welcoming.The house itself is gorgeous and incredibly spacious, perfect for a large family. Each bedroom having its own en-suite made everything so comfortable, and we never felt on top of one another. The backyard and the views truly speak for themselves: simply breathtaking!St. Kitts as a whole took our breath away.
