The property isn't modern, but it meets your needs. If you want granite and luxury, stay elsewhere. This is truly quaint and familiar. I felt safe, respected, and a part of the family. The sweet goats roam the property at will, which is fine, except you have to watch where you're stepping. I was a magnet for the "sand fleas," so bring plenty of anti-itch cream if you're going to sit on a beach chair near the water. The wifi was good in my room, but not while relaxing on the porch (that's what books and naps are for! lol). I do hope they look to redo the bathrooms (they just need a refresh: new sink, countertop). It's a really peaceful place, and I would certainly stay there again.
