"Would rate the hotel a 7/10. Great location, staff were nice and breakfast wasn’t to bad. Beds were pretty old and worn compared to the many other beds we have stayed at in hotels before. Hot tub looked pretty dirty and we wouldn’t dare use it. Overall thou it was a good hotel for the price"

"We enjoyed the clean room but the pull out bed had a huge divot in it and even though we booked months in advance it was difficult to find a room with two beds. And that is throughout the city. The room was clean but could use an update on the decor. Lamp shade was torn, the side table wabbled and the curtains were dated and felt dirty to the touch. Some one going in there with an attention to detail would go a long way adding to the experience. The staff were friendly and the hotel is in a good location for shops, etc. We opted out to have breakfast there for an additional fee but the Second Cup Cafe is a short walk away and makes a decent coffee/latte. Also, the doors that open to overlook the pool and large screen displaying an aquarium scene did not open so that was a disappointment. Overall, a decent spot to stay if you plan on spending most of your time outside of the room. 3.5 stars."

"We enjoyed our stay here. I was nice, clean and convenient. We did get stuck in the parking garage when the exit gate wasn’t working but didn’t make us late for what we were doing. There weren’t any instructions on how to get out."
