Great hotel with a unique decor with art through out the corridors on each floor. Fantastic vibe I also love the roof top lounge chairs. Clean comfortable rooms. Only issue was a super cranky Hungarian girl make coffee on Aug 4 at 7am. Other than this, the staff are top excellent! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location...walking distance to the old city and the Schlossberg tower...very modern and clean rooms...excellent friendly and knowledgable front deskstaff...the next time we are in Graz, we will stay here again

La localisation est incroyable ! Le tram 4 se rend directement à l’hôtel à partir de la gare de train. Le déjeuner buffet est intéressant mais la variété est limitée Lit super confortable et l’air climatisé fonctionne :)

Arrived to a warm welcoming from hotel staff. The room was a good size/clean and had all amenities we are used to in North America. The hotel is very close to the train station which was perfect for us. All other areas were walkable, but if you couldn’t public transportation a step away. The full buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices and ample time to get to.

The hotel is a little out of the way, but it is in a very quiet neighborhood, indications to get to it are easy to follow once in the town. They had forgotten about the extra bed for the kids room, but promptly accomdated us with an additonal single room for our son, with no extra costs. Getting in late anf the hotel being remote from the town center, we had dinner at the hotel. We were very pleasently surprised at the quality of the food, and the staff was very kind.
