« The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and everything worked, except that the faucet must have been installed backwards: I couldn't get any hot water until I turned the handle towards the direction labeled cold. « There was no breakfast left at 9:15. Myself and others waited for it to be restocked and at 10:00 there was still no breakfast. We left and ate else where. Desk clerk at check in was super helpful. The morning staff was terrible. »

« He was rude wanted to know the name of a minor child staying with me. The room rates for lone star are on the back property where long term residence stay. We did not feel stay there for we told him to cancel my stay and we went and rented another room at another hotel that was recently built, and they were much more helpful. »
