« Air wasn’t working in first room. The night front desk worker was great and moved us. Then the next room we seen a few big black ants but was late and just needed to go to sleep. »

« Room 422 there was a rumbling sound coming through the wall. It actually vibrated the bed because the head board is directly attached to the wall. Most likely the from the giant washers and dryers that they use as the laundry room was directly below ours on the first floor. »

« Chambre confortable, partie séjour spacieuse. Manque d'espace autour du lit d'un côté. La suite mobilité réduite convient plus pour une personne que pour 2 personnes valides. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Piscine et jacuzzi très agréables. Abords de la piscine mériterait un bon nettoyage. Petit dej typique des best western. Alentours de l'hôtel sans intérêts. Restos sympas à 6kms. »

« It was quite and older but worked good for our trip. People were great and good location for grand haven and grand rapids airports half way. »

« Went to check in at 4 pm and was told room wasn’t available didn’t call me till almost 8:30 we were at a cheer competition and didn’t have any where to change. Rooms were ok but there was mystery red stains on the floor the sofa bed was broken pee at the base of the toilet »

« Ben was so accommodating in getting us extra blankets and pillows-they were warm from the dryer!!! and we were so tired from a day of cheer competition. We stay here 2x a year and the front desk clerk (Im so sorry I forgot her name) is always helpful and sweet. My only request would be hot food for breakfast-at least eggs and bacon. Hungry cheerleaders and coaches need protein!! »
