This home is perfect for both an extended trip or for a short stay. This home can accommodate 6 travelers. Home is located under 10 minutes from St Mary's Regional Hospital, Community Hospital, Colorado Mesa University, downtown Grand Junction's shopping, restaurants and bars, and Canyon View Park. Easy Access to Interstate 70 makes connecting to the wineries in Palisade and Bike Trails in Fruita a quick trip. \-- THE PROPERTY -- Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: King Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed.
