« Love this place and it was convenient with a beautiful view. Check out process could be better. We werent sure where to leave the key and after several messages to the property manager, she got back to us 3 hours before our flight. We had to reschedule the rental drop off so we could drive back to the rental and leave the key on the counter. It was a cluster but we made our flight. »

« Property was clean and well located. We especially liked that the upstairs bedrooms each had full bathrooms with showers, which is fairly rare near the beach in Orient. Ths home was well stocked with necessities. The pool area could us a little updating and a dryer would have been nice, but we all liked the property! »

You are situated on a hillside overlooking a bay on the Dutch side of the island with gorgeous sunrises and spectacular views. Larry was our host and was incredibly responsive to all our questions. Irene was our incredible on-site manager. Between the two the gated property, which would rival any multi star resort, was a fantastic find. « Jacob & Eli were gracious and responsive hosts. We had great communication and directions for the property. It was amazing to have a pool and a snorkeling beach at the same property. Outdoor grill worked great. We were able to park 3x small cars in the drive. Neighborhood is quiet and secure. Other reviews mention the airport noise but frankly we rarely heard anything over the sound of the waves on the beach!. No sargassum. Beach can be tricky to enter water but snorkeling is was nice.
