Adjacent to the living room is the main bedroom adorned with a plush queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity. SHARED AMENITIES \-Pool \-Hot tub \-Basketball court THINGS TO KNOW A Pack-N-Play is provided, but please bring your own Pack-N-Play bedding. All renters must purchase a $ 10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. We watched the hummingbirds come right up to us during morning coffee on the porch, went for a drive and excursion, then came back and watched Netflix before star gazing almost every day. The buildings are not labeled well so it took a bit of searching and phone calls to get to our place on arrival. The property furnishings are a bit worn and the floor needs to be replaced by the dishwasher. The bed pillows could also use an update. Everything was clean and available to use. I couldn't be happier. I wish Covid-19 had made check-in a little easier to check-in but seriously couldn't have been happier with the view - our neighbors - the town of Granby - and being so close to Hwy 40 and all of the scenery! Couple suggestions: 1) Instructions for TV and remote would be great. I booked it based on access to a hot tub and it was only open once the entire 4 days and not for the posted time which was 10a to 10p At 8pm on our last night we went to get in and it was closed.
